Who We Are

The coordination layer for consequential projects

The projects that shape a place cross property lines, departments, jurisdictions, budgets, and lived experience. Yet the people responsible for them rarely work from the same picture.

We’re building Metrograph to change that.

We are an AI-native collaboration intelligence company focused on consequential projects in the public realm. We bring cities, project teams, and communities into a shared, place-based environment. Together, they can see what is happening, understand what is at stake, and work through issues before they become delays.

The problem is not a lack of information

Cities hold enormous amounts of data. Project teams hire a litany of consultants. Communities are not shy about describing the challenges around the structure and makeup of the places where they live and work.

The problem is that this knowledge sits in different systems, formats, meetings, and minds. A traffic study lives in one report. A utility constraint lives with another team. A public commitment appears in meeting notes. A resident sees a pattern that never reaches the project schedule.

Everyone looks at the same project…

But they are not seeing the same movie.

That gap creates friction. It slows decisions. It hides dependencies. It allows small concerns to become expensive surprises.

Built for shared perspective

Metrograph creates a unified decision surface where communities, cities and developers can have data-driven discussions about our shared future.

We connect data, decisions, public dialogue, and project history to place and time. This gives every participant a clearer view of the project and of one another.

Shared perspective does not mean forced agreement. Consequential projects involve real tradeoffs. Interests differ. Constraints are real. Our job is to make those tradeoffs visible, ground the conversation in evidence, and create a path from disagreement to resolution.

We do not treat community engagement as a box to check. We do not treat developers as an opposing force. We do not assume that any single department owns the whole truth. Each participant holds part of the picture. Better outcomes begin when those parts connect.

A public benefit company

Metrograph is a Delaware public benefit corporation. Our public benefit purpose is clear: "To support transparent and verifiable deliberation, grounded in the data, around resource deployments that impact the community."

That sentence is not decoration. It defines the company we are building. Transparency as a vehicle for a shared understanding. Deliberation based on evidence. Commitments grounded in community.

Where we work

The same coordination problems appear wherever capital meets community. Whether you’re talking about affordable housing, clean energy, data centers, transit, streets, parks, or all manner of other public-facing infrastructure.

Cities, undertooled and underresourced, manage public obligations best they can. Developers attempt to navigate community concerns without a roadmap. Communities, wary of the many and sundry ways their environments are compromised by large scale development, have become increasingly reactive.

Metrograph brings these worlds together sooner to find the win-wins before they become lose-loses.

What success looks like

Earlier questions. Fewer surprises. Faster resolution. Clearer accountability. Stronger trust. More projects that reach operation with their public-purpose commitments intact.

This is not abstract idealism. It is practical risk management. A concern surfaced early is less costly than a conflict discovered late. A visible commitment is easier to keep. A shared perspective gives people a better chance to find a win-win.

We are building Metrograph for the people doing the hard work of shaping the public realm. The work deserves a shared perspective. The public deserves a process it can see. Projects deserve a better path from proposal to delivery.
